I approached Daniel pre-spring 2019 for selling my property in Western Sydney. Property markets were trotting at a decade low speed and buyers were a rare commodity in the market. Auction clearance rates had tumbled to multi year lows and banks would just not lend as easily in the wake of Royal commission. In short this was not a seller’s market. I was trying my best to shop around and find real estate agents offering cheap selling and marketing fees. The pricing offered by Starr Sales was competitive; if not the cheapest. Daniel convinced me that we need to maintain a healthy marketing spend and make our presence felt in our price category. This made sense to me as saving a few hundred dollars on marketing costs would have added to my misery at the time of property settlement with a lower offer on the table. My final selling price covered this tiny extra marketing fee multiple times. Glad I took Daniel’s advice and invested in a proper marketing program. As the saying goes 'It's cheap for a reason'. I am glad I stayed away from real estate agents offering ultra-low commissions and went ahead with Daniel Starr. My final selling price was quite healthy. The client database of Starr partners is unrivalled. No wonder Daniel and his team rake up twice the number of sales as compared to the next highest selling agent in Western Sydney. On the softer skills; Daniel is extremely approachable person at any time of the day. He has even worked on my case across multiple Sunday evenings.
