Having seen Starr Partners in action in the past, I was aware of their full on concentration in serving the needs of the customer. While communication is mainly aimed towards two personnel, Daniel and Kylie, you soon become aware that you have the full resources of the organisation endeavouring to achieve a successful outcome. With regard to comunication, it would appear that they controlled a crystal ball in anticipation of my need to know where we were up to. In my many years of business, I can honestly say that either Daniel or Kylie made more phone calls to me keeping me informed than my requests for information. Very pleased and impressed from the first contact with Matt Carpenter at Starr Partners. He was personable, polite, very knowledgeable and efficient. We met his large team and were very impressed with their coverage of our area and their local knowledge and contacts. In fact, I believe the eventual buyer of our property was one from their database who had failed to secure properties previously. All through the process we were impressed with their feedback in relation to potential buyers and their management of our 2 open homes. All in all, so far we continue to be impressed with their ongoing management of our sale through to settlement. In fact, settlement date was achieved in accordance with our wishes, which was a tribute to their negotiation skills. This is an ongoing process till settlement, and I am confident that their thoughtful and experienced management will continue till settlement completion.
