We had a great expereince dealing with Matt and Starr Merrylands in general. Matt was very professional, enthusiastic in very difficult market conditions and remained committed to selling. Always retuning calls and emails promptly, always available even out of business hours to answer questions and show customers the property. All the advice recieved, including the market information and price estimation was realistic and honest. Personally, I would have like a stronger outcome for my sell and understand that given the difficult market that was the best outcome.
