I am writing to express our gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Rita, who recently assisted us in the purchase of our new property. Our property search started early this year, she's been very helpful and considerate since the beginning. I remember Rita well from my first inspection at Greystanes back in March 2023. That property was not in a liveable condition, and Rita didn't hide it from us but instead recommended other properties in the market. Another instance was our final inspection; the settlement was on Monday, so Saturday or Friday were the only choices. Since we weren't aware of the opportunity for a final inspection, we gave Rita a very late notice to arrange the inspection. I believe she juggled her work to make this happen on the busiest Saturday, which is much appreciated. Thank you Rita!
