They are very patient on answering questions, providing information and helping to seek clarification from vendor. They also helped the timely communication between buyer and vendor. They are very honest on what they know, and assist us to do further inspection on the property. This is very important for buyer to make right decision on such a big purchase. And eventually, once bought, as a buyer, I feel so excited and happy with this purchase, as i know what i'm buying. We inspected couple of properties, after every single one, we received the text messages and emails which contains information about the property very clear and easy to follow. This is really helpful for us to review after inspection. Katie is so lovely to offer taking photos and videos for our family which definitely exceeds my expectation, and I feel very warm welcomed. Service maybe not so important when buying a property, but when you have it on top of the satisfaction of the purchase, it's just so amazing.
