Our first experience of selling a house (my late mother's), and it was quite an experience. We first met Terri after one of her fridge magnets lobbed in Mum's letterbox shortly after her passing. We knew Starr Partners very well and after checking a couple of other agents, decided that Terri gave the best presentation. We were eventually able to sell the house, BUT Terri was there all the way, even ringing us at 8.30 on a Saturday night with the latest update. When we finally landed the sale, it seemed like Terri was just as excited as we were! Terri was with us all the way on this and we cannot over-emphasise just how grateful we are to her and the other staff at Starr that we were in contact with for the exceptional job they did on our behalf.

We had met with 2 other agents to help us sell our home who we weren't really impressed with, when our good friends recommended we give Matt a call and that turned out to be the best decision we made. Matt is the ultimate professional and a total gentleman and knows the areas of Merrylands, Wentworthville and Pemulwuy like an encyclopaedia! He took time to explain everything to us clearly and carefully (first time sellers) and his communication with us right through the process was outstanding. There was never a moment where we felt like we couldn't ask a silly question or get in contact with our agent, and his supporting team were amazing too. Matt was completely honest and set our expectations well throughout the campaign and we ended up with a result we were very happy with.
