Just wanted to take a minute to Thank Scott, Sara and their friendly team at Starr Partners St Mary's for making the experience of selling my home in Claremont Meadows such a smooth non-Anxious and successful one, I interviewed 5 different Real Estate Agents before meeting with Scott & Sara Edwards from Starr Partners and from the minute they sat in my home it was very obvious that they would be helpful, Comfortable to work with and were VERY knowledgable about the Real Estate Market and how to sell a home, I could tell Scott and Sara were honest and were not just telling me things i wanted to hear but rather telling me/showing me facts to ensure what they said to me was what they could 100% deliver. DELIVER!! was what they DID!!!! My home was on the market with Starr Partners for 4 days before having a Property Launch and my house SOLD Scott & Sara delivered exactly what they said they could and my partner and i could not be happier with the outcome. Admittedly the purchase was done on the launch yet I found it somewhat frustrating to bid on a property without being able to judge the bidding value of my competitor. Hence that leaves one very open to over capitalized just to assure the win. Let aside that I was carefully guided by the agent due to me pressing him to give me a indication of where I was in the race, I believe that SP should either adopt a new or modify their selling strategy of "Silent Auction" to allow the buyer to have a clear picture of the other bids. Nonetheless, SP was very supportive and helpful during and after the sale. I do recommend Sara Edwards of SP as a valuable agent.

I would highly recommend Sara Edwards to sell your property. Sara is a very caring person who goes above and beyond her duties as an agent. Sara is an agent who if she says she is going to ring you, she does. She kept us well informed on every detail of our sale and achieved a price for us that was higher than what we were expecting. We never felt pressured into listing the house at any time. The service quality was very nice from Scott and Sara . only problem was the seller and his solicitor that caused lot of trouble and are very unreliable and unprofessional. other wise the Service Quality of Starr Partners are really tremendous. thanks for all your help.
