I loved Sara's approach. She is gentle, subtle and soft yet persuasive, thorough and highly effective without getting into that persistent stalker mode so many agents fail on. Always calm and engaged, she is authentic and that means the world to me. The experience felt more personal and even though we had some issues with the property, I felt very supported throughout. I would to just say that they were very professional, very knowledgeable of what was happening with market place. Always keeping me updated on what was happening with my property and just touching base to see how I was doing. All the staff were very friendly and polite and Sara was exceptional at her job.
