I would highly recommend David as one of the best property agents. He managed to sell our apartment beyond expectation in the low market. He is very dedicated and persistent on achieving great result. We had a tenant in the apt which made things more difficult, however David turned the sale to be a very pleasure experience for us. During the period, David kept us posted on daily/weekly basis, informed us on each of the opportunities, and also provided his professional suggestions.
