After meeting with three local agents, it was an easy decision to entrust the sale of our home to Daniel Starr and his team at Starr Partners Merrylands. Another important consideration was the depth of the Starr Partners team, which is spread over three offices near to us. Daniel was very clear when explaining his recommended method of sale and marketing approach. He was also transparent in explaining his commission and the options and associated costs of marketing. The day after our property listed, two private inspections were conducted by Daniel and one of his team. We then had an open house and more private inspections involving different team members.
