The advertisement for the property described a house that seemed to tick all my boxes. However, I have found actual home inspections usually are disappointing for one reason or another. This one though, presented by Adam and Lyn from Starr Partners, exceeded my expectations! True to the advertisement it was indeed a lovely home, well maintained and a pleasure to inspect. Lyn was on site to show me through the house and after my 2nd Inspection I was able to negotiate with Adam, a price that was approved by the owners. A very satisfying experience indeed from my initial enquiry to the exchange of Contracts to buy the property.

Buyers and Sellers beware. EXTREMELY poor communication, made settlement deals with our potential buyers without our consent - we turned up to sign a contract and amendments were made without our approval. We were left but with no choice to sign. I have sold homes before, and this agency never provided me with appropriate reports following any open home. I had to contact them for feedback on how it went, chasing them up after every weekend. I also felt as though they were working for the buyer and not on my behalf as a seller - just felt like another number, another property they wanted to get off the market at whatever cost. I would never recommend selling my home through Starr Partners Windsor. Very disappointed.
