AAA grade customer service
We dealt with Liam to purchase our holiday house (that we had to do without physically seeing the house)!. Liam was fantastic from the first phone conversation, and his diligence and communication throughout the negotiations was excellent. Liam was always available to discuss any question we had and pop out to take videos and photos when we needed (which was often so I think we owe him some money for the ferry trips!). Liam also assisted us with an amazing law firm and building inspector who were equally as professional and helpful. The whole process was done professionally and in a timely manner. I cannot thank Liam and Stay Property Group for there hard work, great communication and customer service. We plan to move to the Sunshine Coast and will be working with Stay Property Group and Liam on our next purchase. Also thanks to Kelly at CMB Lawyers.

Excellent review for Nathan Morgan
We wouldn't have considered buying a property we'd only seen via 'FaceTime' if Nathan hadn't gone out of his way to show us every nook & cranny! Nathan's clear communication and prompt responses throughout ensured we were always entirely comfortable with our decision. Professional agents. Great to work with.
I have been fortunate to work with both Liams in the purchase four years ago and the more recent sale of this unit and I found them very professional and easy to work with. Unlike other agents I have worked with in Noosa they were always easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We had some unusual circumstances in this sale but Liam Kennedy helped work through this to find an arrangement that suited all involved.
