The purchase of our new home was a bumpy and stressful experience. Days after going 'unconditional' the lounge rooms ceiling of the home fell in, due to a major water leak. Liam had the owner replace the damaged area of ceiling but the person who did the replacement, left the light, still connected to electricity and working, in the ceiling! Sadly, the new home was not worth the amount we paid, as we had to replace the ENTIRE roof and the property in general in a less than ideal condition in general, due to lack of general maintenance. The roof tiles had passed their lifetime, which has been a major and unexpected cost. The state of the roof, was not verbally revealed by the building and pest inspector, who had said the old home was "solid enough". Liam did his best to be supportive during this sale but not being our actual agent, put him in a difficult situation, between his client the 'seller' and the 'buyer'. Liam was not aware of the actual 'state' of the building and was surprised, when the ceiling fell-in, after the heavy rainfall. Liam did offer names and phone numbers of contractors to assist with the repairs and replacements, as well as other contractors to assist with the replacement of the damaged floor coverings and general maintenance.

Liam was an amazing agent. He was incredibly professional, friendly and most of all supportive, from the first consult to the handing over of keys, he even checks on us from time to time. Even though it was a big decision to sell, especially involving my 88 year old mum, Liam went to any length to ensure our sale went as smoothly as possible and stress free. We were guided throughout the whole process and kept upto date every step of the way. It was hassle free and we recieved a genuine great price, through his hardwork and dedication.
