A dedicated real estate agent
At all times we were kept in the loop with Murray. He either text or phoned to let us know what was going on. We had difficult tenants. But he kept persisting until we had open homes for our buyers. We sold for above what were expecting. Well done Murray and Chloe!

Buying a home from a distance is a difficult task, but Murray and Chloe at Steele Realty expertly and efficiently guided us through the maze. We’d viewed the property online and called Murray to discuss. He then gave us a real-time virtual tour using FaceTime, poking the camera into every nook and cranny we would have looked into ourselves had we been at an open home, whilst providing a descriptive, but stunningly accurate commentary. He knew the property well enough to answer all our questions, especially directing us to the highlights of the home and explaining the vendor’s expectations. Chloe’s local knowledge reassured our instinct that this was a great location for us to establish ourselves in, and she guided us through the paperwork to complete the sale. Right through the process, Murray was very receptive to our numerous enquiries and requests, and because of this, we were able to reach a hassle-free settlement that suited us all. Exceptional Service
We recently purchased a home in Peregian Springs through Murray Steele. Murray's knowledge of the area along with his professional, and friendly approach made for an enjoyable, stressfree experience. As we looked over several properties with Murray and elsewhere, at no time were put under any pressure by Murray to make a decision. Murray even helped us find a dog after the sale was settled. Transparent & easy to deal with
