Lauren and the team at Steve Bates were knowledgeable of the local market, able to get the property market ready and really were invaluable throughout the process. I couldn't have asked for a better team or a better outcome and strongly recommend that if you need an agent - you at the very least have a chat with their team. The property was quick on the market and importantly for me - quick off the market. The price achieved was at the upper end of the 10k price and that really just showed their expert knowledge in the local market and ability to value a property. Lauren provided fantastic advice throughout the process and as a first home seller - this was greatly appreciated.
