We were slightly disappointed in the time it took to find a genuine buyer, compared to other properties on the Gold Coast, however, we are happy with the end result. We purchased our townhouse in April 2016 and then due to change of circumstances needed to sell it again in September. We were impressed with Karen when we purchased the townhouse so Karen and Edward were our first choice to re sell the townhouse. There were 5 townhouses for sale in the complex and ours was the only one to sell. We sold the townhouse for more than we paid for it which helped cover costs. We signed to list for sale 27th of September and the new buyers settled 18th November. Karen and Edward were very professional in helping us style the property for sale, giving direction on removal of furnishing items and furniture arrangement. Throughout the sale process Karen and Edward showed every possible buyer the property both at open homes and private viewings.
