Lachlan broke down the big jump of buying my first house into small achievable steps.
Buying the perfect house seemed like a really difficult and intimidating experience however with the help of Lachlan the process was so seamless and easy. He took the time to really understand exactly what I was after and once we had the criteria for what I wanted locked in he was very efficient in forwarding potential properties to me, some even before they were on the market. When it came to inspections he was very accommodating and worked around my schedule so we could view each property. Being a first home buyer I didn't have the slightest clue about how to go about putting forward an offer and being considered for a property and Lachlan was aware of that, consequently he was very patient and helpful when it came to submitting my offers.
