This experience was bumpy. As a first home buyer, it seemed to be quite stressful. There were some miscommunications & we felt as though we were being pushed to get things done very quickly even though there was a set time frame in place. For example, Signing of the contracts had 14 days. We were contacted 3 times within 7 days of receiving them to get them signed, trying to rush our finance through etc. I do understand it was close to Christmas however, it was out of our hands & these things take time. It felt as though Mark was looking out more for his seller rather than his buyer. In saying all of this, the tail end of the process was smooth & any questions we had were answered.
