Sandra is extremely hard working and dedicated to the job. She is also seen to be in her elements when she has immense groups of potential buyers visiting the property in 30mins - she is patient and welcoming, never rushing questions and willing to follow up all parties - this was reflected in the amount of these buyers repeating inspections and having open conversations with Sandra (and subsequent biddings at auction). Sandra welcomes any contact from potential buyers and loves to provide private inspections for potential buyers. We've been to multiple open homes in the past 1 year, and Sandra is one of the most genuine and warmest agent around. From the initial greeting until you leave the property, Sandra focuses on each client group, engaging all family members (from youngest to oldest) and addressing their needs, answering questions clearly and never rushing queries. Sandra is also extremely hard working and dedicated to her work. She is accommodating of different schedules by meeting outside of work hours, discussing details with us late into the night and meeting us again first thing the next day for more clarification. In addition to the above, Sandra has a great sense of humour, is very upfront about things and provides lots of helpful ideas willingly.
