Organised, passionate and tenacious Dean Wilson has been passionate about real estate for many years, buying and selling a myriad of properties in the Geelong area, so, after completing a very successful career spanning 30 years in the automotive industry, it seemed a natural progression for Dean to segue into a sales role in real estate. Dean and his wife Julie, purchased the Stockdale & Leggo Bannockburn office in 2015, recognising the potential of the area and cementing their commitment to this exciting and dynamic industry. Dean’s sales management experience has provided him with the necessary tools to carefully build and maintain an honest and professional relationship with both prospective buyers and sellers. Being a part of this well known franchise group gives him the opportunity to make his mark and assist others in making their dreams come true. Julie Kaye is the consummate real estate professional, commencing her career at Stockdale & Leggo in 2004, before deciding to cement her dedication to the industry by completing her Real Estate Agent’s Licence in 2007 through the Swinburne Institute of Technology along with a Diploma of Management in 2011. Through her pursuit of higher education, Julie has ensured a thorough understanding of best practice within an ever evolving industry enabling her to serve her clients consistently and effectively. After realising the potential of the local area, Julie decided to purchase the Bannockburn office with her husband Dean in 2015 further demonstrating her commitment to helping those in the local area realise their real estate dreams. Julie is renowned for her enthusiasm and personable nature, often going above and beyond to ensure her clients needs are met and is particularly passionate about providing advice to vendors on how to best present their homes. Julie’s attention to detail, commitment to her clients alongside her integrity are unsurpassed and she is able to utilise her extensive knowledge of the area to provide clients with crucial information, assisting them to make the best decisions for their family. Julie’s knowledge of the sales administration process particularly is extensive, from the preparation of contracts through to settlement. Julie’s excellent time management skills are employed to juggle her busy professional career with her husband and active teenage boys who are involved with various sporting pursuits including basketball.
