Great agent

Did well in a tough market
Sonja's communication and organisation is very good. Selling in a tough market she did get us a buyer, but could not get them to move more than 10k on their original offer which meant we settled for 50k less than we had wanted for the property.

Outstanding professionalism and a great result
Sonja is a highly experienced estate agent with extensive market knowledge, fantastic communication skills and best of all, a genuine passion for her work. Unlike our previous experiences with real estate people, we found her to be very switched on, keen to understand our requirements and work with us to get the best possible outcome. We had a fantastic result at auction thanks to Sonja. Very highly recommended.
