I found Mark to be realistic and effective in all his dealings related to the sale of my property. The initial valuation was accurate and did not give me any false expectations. All communications with Mark (and other team members at Stockdale and Leggo Bundoora) were friendly and helped in reaching a suitable outcome. I would recommend Mark and the team to anyone selling a property.

I found Mark very helpful and provided great customer service. All my queries were always dealt with in a timely manner and he always responded to any issues or requests. I have dealt with other agents in the past when selling property and have not had good experiences but this time the whole process was a positive experience for me. Keep up the good customer service!

Mark, along with all the staff at Stockdale and Leggo Bundoora have been great. I purchased an investment property 10 years ago from them and since then they have been managing agents. They have been thorough and reliable with any and all dealings I have had with them, extremely communicative, honest and friendly. I would highly recommend Mark and the staff to anyone interested I. Either buying or renting. Thankyou.

What a wonderful way to buy a house! Mark 's caring nature, knowledge and expertise in all area's of both buying and selling a house were extremely helpful and encouraging.I have not met an Agent before who really took the time to explain things carefully and also advise in related areas. That for me means that Mark 's focus is on the Client's interest and well being-not just on making a good sale! I would highly recommend Stockdale and Leggo.

I found Mark Pipolo to be most helpful in advising me on the procedures for my property acquisition. This was a great help as I had not purchased a property in 25 yrs. No question was too trivial for him and he always got back to me promptly.
