Good efford in a Bear Market!

Despite a bearish market, Jean tried her best to prepare and upstage our property. The monetary outcome is not as great as expected, but it is more or less in line with the market. Given a challenging landscape from the property, a few potential buyers backed off from the look of the driveway. Leaving at the end a couple of interested buyers. But the whole process was smooth and Jean's team were well organised and professional in every endeavour. I wish Jean all the best with all her future projects and we thank her for her input during this time.
