I first met Alan a few years ago when I requested an appraisal. Alan gave me a few pointers on the market and also some suggestions on how to improve my house. It did take me a couple of years to get the house the way I wanted, and Alan rang every few months to see how it was going and if I wanted to know anything about the recent sales. When the time came, Alan told me what was happening with prices around the area, and gave me a price range that we could aim for. With only a couple of weeks on the market, he got me the price I was aiming for. I would recommend Alan to anyone wanting to sell their house for a great price.
