Circumstances relating to the property itself mean that selling with John was the easiest option available. However had those circumstances not been a factor, I would not have chosen to sell with him. I found him to be pushy and inappropriate, which was particularly insensitive given that the property was a deceased estate. I would not recommend choosing John to sell your property.
