Having met Mary more than 6 years ago when we purchased our property we found her extremely honest and professional. After obtaining other valuations Rob and I felt that Mary was the best person to sell our Epping property. We were extremely happy with the experience of dealing with Mary in spite of the current coronavirus situation and stress that came with it. Losing the option for a normal open for inspection after only 1 week Mary had to resort to by appt only inspections. Mary has a great gift for matching the right people with the right property which is a great skill. We were impressed with Mary's invaluable knowledge of the area and advice on how to present our property prior to inspections. Throughout the entire process we were constantly kept informed which made us feel we had the best agent from day one.

Mary had helped us through the process of purchasing our first home. Her professionalism, communication and knowledge were definitely at high standards. She always organised suitable times to have private inspections and explained all procedures effectively. She has a great amount of experience and it was reflective in her work. Also, with the purchase of our home she gave us a large box of essential home supplies and cleaning supplies. That was such a kind gesture and extremely thoughtful! I'd met Mary on two previous occasions; a few years ago she came and provided an estimate of price on my home and on another occasion I was visiting a friend at the same time Mary was there in a professional capacity. On each of these occasions I was struck by not only Mary's professionalism but also by her genuine warmth and competent, efficient attitude. Because of this, I engaged Mary as my agent in the sale of my house. From start to finish it was a pain-free experience and Mary kept me informed at every stage of the process. She advised me very wisely on how to present the house, when to arrange 'Open for Inspection' and about each of the offers that were made. Ultimately, it took two 'Opens' and less than ten days to sell the house at the price I expected and with settlement negotiated on the day that I want it. Thanks Mary. Job well done.
