Lovely Experience
Working with Janine was a lovely experience. She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about securing the perfect home for us. Great knowledge of local area and the overall market.
Selling with Janine as our agent was a stress free experience. Communication was great, she’s very approachable, my calls were answered or if I left a message or emailed, I had a response at her earliest convenience ( within the same day ) All my concerns were resolved and I was totally at ease with the whole process and her guidance with things that I was unsure about. Janine has a great knowledge of the realestate industry and after dealing with her during our sale, I would engage her again in the future.

Selling a house in a buyers market is a stressful experience.
Our expectation was for a higher price It has been over 25 years since I last sold a house. While the legal process is the still the same, there is now a greater involvement of vendor in requesting the Section 32 certificate. It is no longer acceptable for this to be done by way of a verbal request to the conveyancer. Several days were lost before I realized that I needed to visit the solicitors office with proof of ID before the documentation could be produced. I can't blame Janine for my naivety but time was important for us as we had a very small marketing window to achieve a sale. Janine showed an incredible amount of energy and resilience in achieving a sale given the small number of reluctant buyers that were out there. I would highly recommend Janine to other vendors on the basis that she knows the local area, is very committed to her work and it is obvious that she is working for the vendor.
