Felt looked after from each team member I came in contact with. There was a certain care facter and friendliness. Other agents I was dealing with were either hard to reach, hard to get responses from or not as helpful. The whole rental process was made easy. The only thing that would make it better would be to have an online portal where the condition report could be done. That way photos could be uploaded by the tenant if there are any discrepancies found in comparison to agents condition report.
