Lydia our property manager has been nothing but quick and efficient. We placed our add online and within 3 weeks we had tenants moving in. We have moved into a brand new build as tenants and the list of items to fix was large- not unusual in a new build. Lydia has been very thorough and prompt in getting the right people rounded up to get most of these items completed, for which we are greatly appreciative. This is difficult for her as she plays go- between amongst a number of parties, landlord, builder and tenants. She has never once made us feel like it’s all too much, even though the mix of relevant parties adds a complexity to this otherwise less complicated process. Lydia has managed to build excellent relationships with all parties in order to achieve the results thus far Fantastic job Lydia and really impressed by your tenacity, professionalism and attention to detail, not to mention your Friendly manner at all times Thanks so much for everything Liz and Chris
