I decided to move my rental from another real estate agency to Stockdale and Leggo Gladstone Park after the property had been vacant for 2 months. I met with Kristin and Marie who suggested that the marketing of the property needed a refresh, the photos of the property were too few and not showing all the features the property had to offer and finally the open for inspections were not being held at the tenant friendly times. I transferred the property to Stockdale and Leggo, who updated the the photos and the marketing and had one open inspection which got 6 applications, which is more than I got in the 2 months with the previous agent.
