We didn’t even look elsewhere after our initial visit with Lilian… who showed up the same day we started inquiring about selling our home , when many others didn’t even return phone calls . Always early and we’ll prepared for open houses .everything was made fairly effortless on our behalf and we where very happy with the way our home was represented and advertised the photos and sign board where fantastic. We would definitely recommend using Lilian’s services to anyone looking for not your average realtor. Our house sold at auction and we couldn’t be happier with how the day went in such a crazy market at the moment. Lilian prepared us for everything we would encounter selling our home , gave us helpful suggestions and ideas… keeping us informed on the app of everyone who had visited and commented.
