i have dealt with Daniel for many years and recently sold 2 properties through him. Firstly Daniel is pleasant to work with. He is respectful and friendly. Secondly, his vast knowledge in realestate and the suburbs he deals with has been amazing. Strategies he uses to sell my properties has always yield me better price then i expected. He also guided me through the entire development phase as what architectural modifications/fittings will attract more buyers in the locality. Recently, i had a robbery at one of my properties on my market, and even though it was not Daniel's lookout, he went all the way to deal with Cops and take necessary actions..
