Daniel was a breath of fresh air as an agent. First and foremost, he is an honest, straight-talking agent who does the hard work, knows the market and gives you an honest appraisal of the market. He also works very hard to find prospective buyers, to understand them and the market you are selling into, and to adjust the marketing where necessary to ensure that your property does not go ‘stale’ in the market. He regularly provided me with updates, first by phone then usually by follow up email as well, and always responded quickly to my queries. He is also genuinely personable, which I am sure is helpful when dealing with prospective buyers. He delivered a very good result for us in a very tricky market. I highly recommend him.
