From my first meeting with Lilian I was impressed with her honest assessment and appraisal of the property and what the price range I would expect to achieve in selling the property. Lilian with her wealth of experience and sale knowledge was a great help in advising how she would market and manage the property through to auction. As it was a buyer made an offer for the property before auction and after much discussion about the offer I accepted her advice and sold the property before auction.
