We have the highest regard for the campaign that Daniel Imbesi and his team implemented for the sale of our unit at Oak Park. It was professional from the first meeting to plan how the campaign would proceed until auction day when the property sold for well in excess of our expectations. We were provided with ongoing reports on the number of people who inspected the property when open houses were held and when private inspections were arranged. The assessments contained in those reports gave us an indication of buyer interest in the property – an indication that was reflected in the number of bidders when the auction was held. We found Sunny to be a very attentive agent. He was keen to get the listing but was not too pushy in the process of getting it. He prepared a booklet for us and assured us he would work hard to sell the property and get a good result. He demonstrated how determined and motivated he was. Once chosen, he followed through with this determination and motivation. He was hard working and very communicative throughout the campaign.
