Dad & I were so happy that we selected Richard to auction the family home. From the time Richard walked through the door & introduced himself, we felt right. Being a local himself was a plus & we were not let down at any stage of the process of open house days, phone calls, feedback & general communication from Richard. He did a terrific job on auction day & is still in contact. He is also extremely well presented, friendly & very respectful with a great sense of humour, which was most important to Dad because he lived in this home for over 60 years. So this was the third property Daniel has sold for us. Each property was different with different marketing strategies, different issues to face and different buyer types. However, and best of all the outcome for each auction was "sold" (one prior!). Not only can Daniel display versatility and dedication to each sale, he can handle the pressures and curve balls each one delivered with confidence and assurance to deliver a positive guaranteed outcome each time. I engaged Daniel and Mark from Stockdale & Leggo, Glenroy to sell my property in Oak Park in October. They were very helpful with the sale and guiding me through the process to put my property on the market. I was overseas in the lead up to the sale which was not ideal, however I was able to rely on them to ensure everything was put in place and managed in my absence. The house was presented very well, including the advertising campaign. The auction although a little nerve wracking was handled professionally and I was very please with the result.
