This is the second occasion on which I have utilised Richard's services to sell family properties. On both occasions I found Richard to be most friendly, sensitive to family situations, accurate in his assessments and valuations and always appeared highly motivated to achieve the best possible outcome for us. The only negative I could see was the absence of sufficient foresight to anticipate the level of difficulties in selling the most recent property resultant from the combination of the house being within 50 metres of HV power towers and the impact on buyers being able to obtain LMI, as well as the overall condition of the building structure itself (ie; the negative impact that land shift has had on the structural appearance of the dwelling). Whilst we financially achieved far less than what we required and were hoping for, given the conditions under which Richard had to work, he ultimately achieved a favourable outcome for us. I would have no hesitation in recommending Richard and his organisation and would certainly seek his services again if such a requirement ever arose again in the future.
