I approached Daniel to be our real estate agent for my first sale of a home as I remembered him from when I was looking to buy this home 6 years ago. As a first home buyer at the time, I recalled how Daniel conducted himself. He was professional, friendly, genuine and always took on board what feedback I gave in relation to the properties I viewed. The team engaged to do the marketing collateral were great to work with. Daniel’s attention to detail in making sure the home was ‘photo ready’ was second to none. All suggestions were also easy to put in place and fitted the home and my budget whilst making the home look fabulous. I also decided to list the property for sale whilst I was overseas. Daniel treated my home like it was his own (I think he knew how worried I was about making sure all was okay when I was away!). I was always updated fully in relation to how the campaign progressed via texts, calls and reports. Now the result Daniel secured exceeded my expectations and is a true testament to his knowledge, experience and strong communication skills. I’m still speechless and incredibly grateful.
