No.. We sold prior ! I was exceptionally impressed at how well oiled the team are, We flew to Melbourne to assess what needed to be done to prep for sale, from the time we stepped off the tarmac it became apparent that it was all in hand. A team of trades at Lilians call and within a week all the little bits were taken care of and the photos came up a treat. It was effortless. Everything from the styling to the gardens looked awesome ! We had dealt with the team at Stockdale & Leggo for 6 years and it is a happy sad that we have sold this investment , managed so well over the years but HEY !... the market is up and its time to grab the gain and look for the next opportunity.
