I met with and "interviewed" four potential agents from different real estate agencies. Richard stood out because of his genuineness, professionalism, and his track record. Whilst the costs and fees for all four agencies were similar, Richard's honest appraisal and complete focus on our house when he was in our presence was the difference in making the decision to choose him easier than it could have been. Everything that we discussed about how to present and then sell the house was delivered effectively and on on time. The photos, pamphlets, social media content, open for inspections and the auction (we chose this method of sale for our house) all went to plan without any issues at all. Throughout the process Richard was in regular communication with me, keeping me informed of what's happening next, how many people came through for various "opens" and their level of genuine interest etc. Finally, on auction day Richard did a sterling job to achieve for us a price over our reserve price.
