After researching property sales agents, we chose Richard Imbesi and we made the right choice. Selling a house can be a daunting experience but Richard explained the whole sales process to us, told us what to expect and put our mind at ease. We dealt directly with Richard and found him to be respectful, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. It was evident that he had a lot of experience in real estate and he knew about the property market in the northern suburbs. Throughout the whole time that the house was on the market, he guided us and kept us regularly informed. At auction, he did a good job as the Auctioneer and got us a good result. Richard was reassuring and knowledgeable, honest and realistic throughout our whole campaign and auction. He patiently answered questions and addressed our concerns every single time. He made time to see us even when he was booked up, on one occasion even meeting us after 9pm at our request. He took ownership of our sale and was the single point of contact from valuation, inspections and as auctioneer. We never had to deal with other staff and he answered our calls almost straight away every time. No hesitation in recommending Richard.
