What was important at the start is we were instructed on how to make our house more presentable for sale, something that really worked as we ended up with a great result. It was easy to see that Daniel had a great feel on what was happening around our location with property sales. What was even more impressive is that both myself and my wife have living at this property for over 34 years and had never been through an experience like this, and Daniel always kept us calm and positive.
