However, and best of all the outcome for each auction was "sold" (one prior!). I engaged Daniel and Mark from Stockdale & Leggo, Glenroy to sell my property in Oak Park in October. They were very helpful with the sale and guiding me through the process to put my property on the market. I was overseas in the lead up to the sale which was not ideal, however I was able to rely on them to ensure everything was put in place and managed in my absence. The house was presented very well, including the advertising campaign. The auction although a little nerve wracking was handled professionally and I was very please with the result.
