A pleasure to deal with - again!
We sold our townhouse through Richard five months ago and at the time explained what features we would love in our next property. Since then, every time a property arose that matched our criteria, Richard was straight on the phone to offer a viewing. In this instance, he found out about this property prior to it hitting the market and was able to negotiate a private sale for us. We cannot recommend Richard enough, and whilst we're hoping to stay in our new home for quite a while, we wouldn't hesitate engaging Richard's services again should we find ourselves in that position.

So impressed with Richards knowledge of Glenroy which helped mum feel at ease during the hard time of selling her house since 1962 With prospective buyers in the area Richard sold our house with the least stress for mum and cannot recommend him enough
