Richard Imbesi

For our family selling our elderly mothers home, we selected Richard Imbesi from a collection of local agents as he presented as being professional and knowledgeable of local markets but more importantly he demonstrated a genuine thoughtfulness and gentleness with our mother who suffers from the early stages of dementia. Richard was open with what he thought he could achieve with the sale of the home and I appreciated this candidness and honesty and throughout the marketing and auction process, he revealed that his knowledge of the marketplace was accurate as he achieved a far better result than we expected. I was impressed that Richard showed a genuine empathy with his elderly client and did not show any sign of pushy arrogance nor was he condescending with her confusion throughout the entire process. Richard’s handling and control of the auction exhibited both his thorough knowledge and experience but also demonstrated a confident energy and ability as an auctioneer.
