Straight out of the gate Andrew, along with his sales partner Samantha, were impressive. They're not your typical RE agents who seem to tell you everything they think you want to hear. Andrew and Sam were very clear and concise about what the market was doing and were spot on with their suggested price range and strategy. We ultimately sold our property in under a fortnight for a tidy amount over what we were willing to accept...while others at our price point were still on the market for weeks after we were all done.
