Dealing with Sharyn Manning has been an absolute pleasure. She went far and beyond, what other agents were doing or proposing to get the best possible price for our property, IE contacting local council and questioning, or researching the possibilities of sub dividing a 7 acre green wedge property, when other agents just gave us a basic, price of what our property was worth, with the understanding that it remained a 2 bedroom cottage on land and wouldn't attract much attention.
