Iwent to meetJim in Ann st Morwell .he was there out the front to meet me..we inspected the property and had a discussion after the inspection...lwas not really in a position to pay a deposit at that moment but he rang the owner and explained my situation...l showed my financial sitution which showed l would have more than enff $$$ to pay for property...he contacted the owner told them the situation and proposed a sitution that suied me and the owner...NO FUSS.. 30 days later lm the proud owner of my future home in Morwell... thanks Jim your people skills are fantastic...Alan
