We were searching for an investment property so my daughter could rent from us, helping her to eventually get into the housing market. On finding the property we all loved ❤️ we also found Jenny what a God send. Jenny was knowledgeable in the real estate market. Jenny was very easy to deal with, putting our minds at rest. Jenny went above and beyond, not only looking after her vendor but also us making the purchase process very easy now we are rental property owners. Our daughter is over the moon. From my first enquiry I was extremely impressed with Jenny Rutherford, particularly her friendly enthusiasm, ease of communication, professional knowledge and accommodating helpfulness - nothing was too much trouble! Throughout the entire buying procedure, Jenny was always available for queries and liaised expertly with the vendor and myself.
