Let potiental buyer slip away.
Nathan was knowledgeable regarding the current market, which aligned with the asking price for the property. However, due to lack of communication a potiental buyer who made an offer ended up walking away due to the delay between making offers and drawing up the contract of sale. Nathan advised of the need to get the vendor statement & contract of sale organised after the potiental buyer accepted a counter offer, instead of advising to start preparing the paperwork at the start of the marketing campaign which would have reduced the delay. Nathan also didn't communicate at the beginning that he was going to be away on leave during part of the marketing campaign and advised a week before going on leave that he would be away. In future this is something that needs to be communicated to vendors/owners at the beginning as this can be quite stressful with the agent not being available. Especially considering the potiental buyer walked whilst Nathan was on leave and several time had passed thinking the property was under offer. Overall, in the end the property sold for higher than expected. So in terms of selling the property Nathan did his job. However, the experience wasn't as smooth as it could have been.

Jim is the best to deal with, he is very informative, and super easy to talk too.
A huge thank you to Jim and his wonderful team at Stockdale & Leggo, we bought and sold our property with Jim Demetrios. Jim and his team are always very professional and helpful in their jobs. Our property manager Emily was wonderful, and always got back to you if she was not available at the time, she went far and beyond at times when asked question's about anything to do with the property, and any new landlord changes that we were not sure about. The rest of the team were also wonderful. If Emily was not there, they would always see if they could help us through our question. If we were to buy any property in their area, we would definitely buy through Jim, and have the property managed by them as well. Thank you to you all for making our process so much easier from the start, through the years and to the end. THANK YOU.
