Jim was extremely prompt in communication and with any assistance needed. He was very knowledgeable of the area and the house we were looking at. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more, and that the sale was as smooth as possible. Jim will be our first call when buying or selling properties in the future! Jim and his team rented out my property the next day after settlement. Thank you Jim!

I was very impressed with how easy Jim made selling my property. It is the first time I have sold, and as I have health issues and just out of hospital, Jim did all the "leg work" for me, guiding me along the way and doing everything via email or phone. It made my experience so much easier and less challenging. I would definitely recommend Jim Demetrios and his Company to any one looking to sell/purchase a property in the area.
